1. Fruits and vegetables
In pairs, how
many of the fruit and vegetables below can you name?
Can you think of
any more fruits and vegetables?
Which of the fruits
and vegetables are often eaten in your country? Which are rarely eaten?
2. Meat, fish and seafood
Meat can have
the same name as the animal it comes from, e.g. ‘chicken’, ‘turkey’, ‘duck’ and
‘lamb’.
However, the
names are often different. Match each meat on the left with the animal it comes
from:
